JT Health accepts Medicare and files claims with Medicare and your supplemental plan for office visits and services. For commercial PPO patients, JT Health operates as an out-of-network provider and submits claims on your behalf at no charge. Yes. Your membership covers the concierge services Dr. Tsuei provides directly. You still need insurance for hospitalizations, lab work, imaging, specialist visits, prescriptions, and emergency care. Your membership and insurance work together.

Start by calling or sending a message to the practice. Dr. Tsuei offers a complimentary meet-and-greet so you can ask questions and confirm the practice fits your needs. No medical advice takes place during that visit. After that, the practice sends enrollment paperwork. Once you complete the paperwork and submit payment, JT Health schedules your first comprehensive appointment and collects your outside medical records beforehand.

Yes. Dr. Tsuei offers telehealth visits for same-day urgent needs and routine care. Members traveling out of the area can also reach her by phone or telehealth for non-emergency concerns.

Yes. Dr. Tsuei offers home visits to members when a situation makes it difficult or unsafe to come into the office. Contact the practice to discuss whether a home visit fits your circumstances.

Dr. Tsuei does not provide in-hospital care, but she stays actively involved. She coordinates with the hospitalist team, shares relevant background, and remains reachable during your stay. After discharge, she provides follow-up care to support your recovery.

Members receive extended annual physical exams with preventive focus and health coaching, same-day and next-day urgent care, telehealth visits, specialist coordination, hospital discharge coordination, home visits when appropriate, and completion of forms not covered by insurance such as travel or sports participation forms.

If you relocate, JT Health works with you to transition smoothly to a new primary care physician. Dr. Tsuei helps facilitate the transfer of your medical records and provides referrals where possible. The practice may refund membership fees paid in advance on a prorated basis for the period after your departure.
