Direct Neurology

Direct Neurology offers three membership tiers. The Preventive Neuro Care tier starts at $300 per month and includes an annual diagnostic exam, follow-up visits, and routine preventive care in one category. The Executive Neuro Care tier costs $500 per month and adds preventive care in four areas, the Brain Health Program, limited home visits, and unlimited cognitive assessments. The Residential Neuro Care tier costs $650 per month and covers elderly patients with at-home follow-up visits and a Personalized Residential Care Program.

Direct Neurology operates outside the insurance system and does not bill insurance for membership fees. The practice does provide superbills that patients can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Direct Neurology accepts HSA, FSA, HRA, and MSA funds.

First-time visits run 90 minutes. Dr. Sadikovic schedules these with enough time to cover a patient's full neurological history, conduct an in-depth diagnostic exam, and develop a care plan. The practice offers same or next-week availability for new patient appointments, in office or at a patient's home or workplace.

Yes. Direct Neurology offers same-day appointments. Members also have direct access to Dr. Sadikovic year-round, which means urgent concerns receive prompt attention without the delays common in traditional neurology settings.

Yes. Dr. Sadikovic offers telemedicine visits for patients who prefer remote access or cannot travel to the Walnut Creek office. Telehealth is available as part of the practice's direct care model.

Yes. Home visits are part of the Executive Neuro Care and Residential Neuro Care membership tiers. Patients on the Preventive Neuro Care tier can also request home visits at an additional cost. Direct Neurology serves Walnut Creek, Fremont, Danville, Lafayette, and surrounding East Bay communities.

The Brain Health Program uses the Linus Health platform to assess cognitive function through AI-enhanced neuropsychological testing. The evaluation incorporates the Boston Process Approach, takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes, and generates a Cognitive Footprint along with a personalized Brain Health Action Plan. The program is more sensitive than traditional paper-based cognitive tests at detecting mild cognitive impairment. It comes included in the Executive Neuro Care membership tier.

Direct Neurology covers a broad clinical scope. Dr. Sadikovic treats stroke, TIA, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, mild cognitive impairment, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraines, chronic headaches, peripheral neuropathy, back pain and spine disorders, spasticity, and autoimmune neurological conditions. She also offers Botox treatment for chronic migraine and spasticity, and Alzheimer's infusion therapy with Leqembi and Kisunla.
