Individual membership at TrianaMD is $300 per month. A partner membership for two adults in the same household is $520 per month. Young adults ages 18 to 26 can join independently for $250 per month. Adolescents ages 13 to 17 can join as an add-on to an existing membership for $150 per month. Dependent young adults ages 18 to 26 can also join as an add-on for $200 per month.

Your membership covers all primary care with unlimited visits and no copays or deductibles. It includes annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, immunizations, chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, minor in-office procedures, telehealth, care coordination, and two wellness coaching sessions. Direct access to Dr. Triana via phone, text, or HIPAA-compliant messaging is also included.

Yes. TrianaMD requires a 3-month minimum commitment for all memberships. This allows enough time to complete the intake process and build a personalized plan of care. If you leave the practice and want to return later, a $600 re-enrollment fee applies.

No. TrianaMD does not bill insurance. You pay Dr. Triana directly through your monthly membership fee. There are no claims, no denials, and no surprise bills. Many members pair their TrianaMD membership with a high-deductible health plan to cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, and emergencies.

TrianaMD does not bill Medicare or Medi-Cal for membership or primary care services. However, Dr. Triana can still refer and prescribe under both programs. Medicare and Medi-Cal will cover labs, imaging, and medications she orders for you.

Members can reach Dr. Triana directly by phone, text, or HIPAA-compliant messaging on weekdays from 8am to 8pm. On weekends, she is available for urgent clinical concerns. Routine questions receive a response on the next business day.

Appointments run 30, 60, or sometimes 90 minutes depending on the nature of the visit. Your initial intake visit is 90 minutes, dedicated to building a personalized plan of care. Same-day and next-day appointments are available for acute concerns.

Yes. Dr. Triana offers telehealth visits for situations where an in-person appointment is not necessary or possible. Members can connect with her from home, work, or while traveling.

TrianaMD provides labs at wholesale cash rates, typically 80 to 90 percent below retail prices. The practice passes those savings directly to members. You pay only the wholesale cost with no markup.

TrianaMD welcomes patients ages 13 and older. Adolescent memberships for ages 13 to 17 are available as an add-on to an existing individual or partner membership. Dr. Triana does not provide prenatal care, but she supports patients at every other stage of life from adolescence through older adulthood.
