UH Select

UH Select charges an annual membership fee of $2,640 per person, per physician. This fee covers all the enhanced services and amenities included with membership. It is an out-of-pocket expense and insurance does not cover it.

Yes. UH Select accepts all types of insurance, including commercial insurance, Medicare, and HMO plans. The practice bills your insurance directly for services outside your annual membership. A copay may apply at the time of certain office visits.

You can use FSA or HSA funds to cover copays and other out-of-pocket expenses. However, these funds do not cover the annual membership fee itself.

Membership includes an annual comprehensive physical exam and routine blood tests, same- or next-day appointments, preventive care and chronic disease management, 24/7 patient navigator access, and direct physician email access. Members also receive a full nutrition assessment from a registered dietitian, a comprehensive fitness evaluation through T3 Performance, and access to massage therapy and acupuncture through UH Connor Whole Health.

UH Select physicians take as much time as each visit requires. A visit may run as short as 15 minutes or extend to an hour or more. The practice prioritizes unhurried visits tailored to each patient's needs.

Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. The annual membership fee is nonrefundable regardless of when you cancel.

UH Select welcomes new members ages three and older. To get started, call 216-844-4YOU to schedule a meet-and-greet with one of the physicians.

Another physician within the UH Select group covers your care when your primary physician is unavailable. All UH Select physicians share access to your MyChart record, so your care history stays fully accessible.

Yes. Every member receives a complete nutrition assessment from a registered dietitian. The practice also partners with T3 Performance to provide comprehensive fitness evaluations covering strength, endurance, flexibility, and speed.

UH Select operates at four locations: Beachwood at UH Ahuja Medical Center, Fairlawn at UH Fairlawn Health Center, Mayfield Heights at UH Landerbrook Health Center, and Solon at UH Select Solon.
