Through Time Primary Care

Membership at Through Time Primary Care starts at $149 per month for adults. A one-time $99 enrollment fee applies per membership. The practice waives the enrollment fee for the first 100 members who join before October 31, 2026. Members who pay annually by ACH, debit, HSA, or FSA receive a 5% discount. An initial three-month commitment applies, after which membership continues month-to-month.

Yes. The first 100 members to enroll before October 31, 2026 pay no enrollment fee. In addition, the first 25 families to enroll receive a Founding Family Benefit: those families never pay additional child fees as long as they remain continuously enrolled.

Membership includes same-day or next-day appointments, visits lasting 30 to 60 minutes or more, and direct access to your physician by call, text, or email through the SigmaMD platform. Members receive up to 24 visits per year, telehealth appointments, and comprehensive annual physicals that include a full panel of routine labs at no extra cost. The practice also provides at-cost lab access with transparent pricing.

Through Time Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership or primary care services. The practice encourages all members to carry some form of insurance for specialist visits, emergency care, and hospitalizations. Members with HSA or FSA accounts can use those funds toward membership fees.

Members contact their physician directly by call, text, or email through the SigmaMD platform. The practice does not route patients through call centers. This direct access is part of the membership at no additional charge.

Yes. Dr. David Washington sees patients from newborns through seniors, making Through Time Primary Care a full-family practice. The practice offers well-child visits, immunizations, developmental and behavioral screenings, autism spectrum disorder evaluation, and pediatric acute care.

Through Time Primary Care offers a vaccine bundle for children ages 0 to 24 months covering all AAP-recommended vaccines through that age. The bundle costs $2,850 as a one-time payment or $90 to $112 per month over 24 months. The practice follows the AAP immunization schedule and does not offer alternative or delayed vaccine schedules.

Both programs run for 12 months under physician guidance and cost $199 per month as an add-on to the base membership. The Lifestyle Medicine Program addresses six pillars: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoiding harmful substances. The Obesity Medicine Program includes medical evaluation, nutrition therapy, body composition tracking, behavioral support, and anti-obesity medications when appropriate.

Yes. Through Time Primary Care offers telehealth visits through the SigmaMD platform. Members schedule and conduct video visits directly through the portal.
