About
At Clear Lake Internal Medicine, Dr. Donna Sue Dolle delivers internal medicine and preventive care in Nassau Bay, TX. She has maintained a private practice in the community since 1997. In 2011, she converted her full panel to a direct primary care model. Her focus: unimpeded access to preventive services and early treatment of acute illness.
The annual membership covers a Comprehensive Wellness Assessment, same-day appointments, and after-hours access to Dr. Dolle directly. The practice draws labs in-office and offers ambulatory ECG, lung spirometry, rapid flu testing, and urinalysis. For appropriate patients, Dr. Dolle also offers advanced cardiovascular risk screenings and genetic testing. The practice does not file insurance for professional services, and patients pay no co-pays or deductibles for office visits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Patients pay an annual membership fee, which covers the Comprehensive Wellness Assessment, ongoing medical care, and after-hours access to Dr. Dolle. You may pay in full once a year or in equal monthly installments. Automatic bank draft is the preferred payment method. Monthly installments carry a slightly higher total fee than the annual lump-sum option.
Yes. Clear Lake Internal Medicine applies a $100 discount to the annual fee for each additional household family member who enrolls. To become a patient, you must prepay either the first monthly installment or the full annual fee upfront.
No. The practice does not file insurance or Medicare for Dr. Dolle's professional services. You will not owe co-pays or deductibles for office visits. You should keep your insurance or Medicare coverage for hospitalizations, lab work, imaging, specialist care, prescription medications, and other services provided outside the office.
Yes. After office hours and on weekends, calls to the main office number forward directly to Dr. Dolle's cell phone. She is also reachable by email and text for urgent or ongoing issues. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a lunch closure from 12 to 1 PM.
Yes to all three. Clear Lake Internal Medicine offers same-day appointments for urgent issues during business hours. Dr. Dolle also conducts telephone and email consultations when an office visit is not necessary. House calls and extended hours are available in limited situations.
The assessment includes a complete physical exam, gynecologic exam when appropriate, and a panel of blood tests covering CBC, serum chemistry, thyroid, lipid panel, serum iron, hs-CRP, and diabetes risk screening. It also includes an electrocardiogram, lung spirometry when indicated, immunization review, and diet and lifestyle counseling. For geriatric patients, Dr. Dolle adds cognition and gait assessments and a long-term health goal review.
Dr. Dolle no longer serves as an attending physician during hospitalizations. However, she stays available for consultation with your hospitalist or specialist during your stay. She works to coordinate your care plan after discharge and will help you decide where to go if hospitalization is necessary.
Call the office to confirm that a new patient appointment is available. Once confirmed, you can complete enrollment online through the Hint Health platform. New patients must submit required forms and prepay either the first monthly installment or the full annual fee to join the practice.
Yes. Clear Lake Internal Medicine keeps its panel small to ensure each patient has direct access to Dr. Dolle when needed. Once the practice reaches capacity, it stops accepting new patients and starts a waiting list. The practice gives preference to prior patients before accepting new ones.
Yes. Medicare patients pay the annual membership fee just like all other patients. Medicare does not cover the annual fee itself, but it continues to pay for medical services you receive from Medicare-participating providers outside the practice. Medicare patients must also sign a Medicare Required Contract at enrollment.
