Adults 18 to 60 pay $90 per month. Seniors 61 and older pay $120 per month. Children 17 and under pay $45 per month. A spouse joins at half-price, and families with three or more children receive half-price rates for the additional kids. A one-time $99 registration fee applies per family.

The membership covers unlimited in-person visits, telemedicine visits, calls, texts, emails, and all in-clinic procedures. It includes urgent care, same-day appointments, EKGs, steroid injections, nebulizer treatments, wound care, hormone replacement therapy management, and after-hours physician access. Labs and imaging cost extra but at wholesale prices.

Texas Direct Medical Care passes wholesale pricing directly to members. Routine labs like cholesterol, electrolytes, and thyroid panels run $3 to $5. X-rays cost $50 to $80. MRIs range from $299 to $425. These prices are a fraction of what traditional clinics and insurance networks typically charge.

Yes. Texas Direct Medical Care memberships qualify as eligible medical expenses under both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Members can use those funds toward the monthly fee and any additional services.
