Hormone replacement consults cost $210 for 30 minutes, and follow-up or medication refill visits run $105 for 15 minutes. School and sports physicals cost $70.

VIK Medical Concierge does not bill insurance directly. However, the practice provides each patient with a superbill or claim form to submit to their own insurance company. Reimbursement depends on each patient's individual plan and whether they carry out-of-network benefits. The practice does not participate in Medicare.

The comprehensive physical runs one full hour with Dr. Vik. It covers a physical evaluation, health history review, and risk factor assessment. The exam includes advanced screenings for vision, hearing, pulmonary function, vascular health, EKG, and BMI, plus fasting labwork. Dr. Vik may also order a Boston Heart Panel, colorectal screening, Strat screening for depression, anxiety, or ADD/ADHD, and Apifiny prostate cancer screening for male patients.

Yes, Dr. Vik offers hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. The process starts with a 30-minute consultation at $210, during which Dr. Vik reviews your health history and draws labs. A pre-hormone lab panel costs $200. For patients who move forward with pellet therapy, Dr. Vik performs the in-office hormone pellet procedure. The female procedure costs $350 and lasts three to four months. The male procedure costs $650 to $750 and lasts up to six months.

Pharmacogenomics testing uses a patient's DNA to determine how their body processes specific medications. VIK Medical Concierge offers this testing to help guide more precise medication decisions.
