Strunk Direct Care

Membership at Strunk Direct Care starts at $80 per month for adults 65 and under. Adults 65 and over pay $90 per month. Family plans start at $130 per month for one adult and one child, with each additional child adding $45. A telehealth-only plan for children runs $45 per month. All plans run for 12 months with no copays or hidden charges.

Each membership includes unlimited office visits with little or no wait time, direct phone and text access to Dr. Strunk, up to four telehealth visits per month, an annual executive-level wellness visit, basic lab and diagnostic services, EKG tracing, e-prescribing, referrals, and one Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment per month. Minor skin procedures and specialist care coordination are also part of the membership.
