Botejue Health offers three membership tiers. Direct Primary Care costs $105 per month, Longevity Medicine costs $210 per month, and Concierge Care costs $315 per month. The DPC and Longevity Medicine tiers require a minimum three-month commitment. Home and weekend visits carry an additional surcharge and depend on availability.

Botejue Health does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice contracts directly with patients for all primary care services. Dr. Botejue recommends members carry a PPO insurance plan or Medicare/Medicare Advantage PPO plan, as these can cover specialist referrals and imaging orders he coordinates.

Botejue Health schedules most appointments within 24 to 48 hours. The practice also provides after-hours urgent care through HIPAA-approved text messaging and calls when members need timely guidance between visits.

Yes. Dr. Botejue delivers care through secure virtual consultations in addition to in-home visits. Members can choose whichever format fits their needs and circumstances.

Botejue Health orders expanded labs including Vitamin D, Lp(a), ApoB, ESR/CRP, and homocysteine. Advanced imaging includes coronary artery calcium scoring and CT/MRI beyond standard CMS minimums. The practice also offers VO2 max testing, body composition assessment, and blood assays for cancer screening.

Dr. Botejue coordinates directly with hospital teams when members require admission. He communicates patient preferences and keeps members informed throughout the process. The practice encourages members to reach out immediately when hospitalization occurs.

Botejue Health covers the vast majority of primary care needs but does not replace insurance for hospital, emergency, or specialty care. Dr. Botejue handles specialist referral coordination and hospital care coordination as part of all membership tiers.
