Stone Oak Direct Primary Care

Adult memberships run $175 per month for ages 18 to 64 and $200 per month for members 65 and older. Children ages 2 to 17 pay $50 per month, but child memberships require an active adult membership. Stone Oak Direct Primary Care also charges a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $100. The first 50 adult members receive $25 off per month for the first 12 months.

The flat monthly fee covers most primary care needs, including unlimited visits, same-day or next-day appointments, chronic disease management, preventive care, women's health, and urgent care. Members also receive at-cost pricing on laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging. The membership does not replace health insurance and does not cover services received outside the practice.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes. Same-day or next-day availability is a standard part of membership. The practice keeps its patient panel intentionally small so Dr. Hatherall can spend meaningful time with each member.

Yes. Stone Oak Direct Primary Care requires a three-month minimum membership commitment. Members who wish to leave after the initial period must provide 30 days of written notice to terminate. This structure helps ensure patients get the full benefit of the care model.

No. Stone Oak Direct Primary Care does not currently accept beneficiaries of government healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPUS, CHAMPVA, the VA, or Indian Health Service.
