About
At Shoreline Endocrinology, Dr. Abby Abisogun delivers direct specialty endocrinology care in Savannah, Georgia. She built the practice around one goal: diagnosing and treating hormonal disorders without insurance status as a barrier. Shoreline Endocrinology holds the distinction of being the first direct specialty care practice of its kind in Savannah.
Dr. Abisogun holds a rare credential in this region. She is the only endocrinologist in Savannah and surrounding areas with board certification in ultrasound diagnostics for thyroid and parathyroid disorders, including thyroid cancer. She performs diagnostic neck ultrasounds and thyroid and lymph node biopsies in the office. Her clinical scope covers the full range of endocrine conditions, from all forms of diabetes and thyroid disease to osteoporosis, pituitary disorders, PCOS, and adrenal conditions. She emphasizes lifestyle changes to reduce reliance on medication wherever possible. Patients choose between pay-per-visit and membership plans, with visits available in office, by video, or by phone.

Membership enrollment begins after the first visit, and eligibility rests at the discretion of Dr. Abisogun.
