About
At Moon River Pediatrics, Dr. Kelsey Alexander delivers pediatric care for families across Savannah and the surrounding area. She founded the practice in 2022 with a clear goal: build a pediatric practice where every child and family feels genuinely known. The practice serves patients from newborn through age 21. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and patients go directly to an exam room upon arrival. Members reach Dr. Alexander and Sam Bossak, FNP-C directly by call, text, FaceTime, or photo and video message. Extended access hours run Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 7:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to noon. Dr. Alexander also rounds on newborns at Candler Hospital. The practice offers two membership tiers: one that works with most major insurances and a DPC option for self-pay or out-of-network families. Beyond routine pediatric care, Moon River Pediatrics provides lactation consults, sports physicals, developmental and behavioral screenings, medical ear piercing, a pediatric CPR course, and a seasonal community vaccine clinic.
