At Cornerstone Health in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Natalie Britt delivers family medicine through a hybrid model that gives patients a real choice. Members choose between a DPC path with no insurance billing or a concierge path that works alongside commercial insurance. Both tracks carry the same membership benefits and the same direct access to Dr. Britt. The practice covers a wide range of services, from chronic disease management and preventive care to minor procedures, hormone optimization, and SoftWave TRT therapy. Kris Britt, RN, CDCES, co-owns and manages the practice alongside Dr. Britt. He also runs DiabetEASE Solutions, a specialized diabetes education program exclusive to members living with diabetes. Cornerstone Health also serves non-members through OnDemand urgent care visits at self-pay rates, subject to physician availability. Employers can build custom plans that save an average of 30% on primary care costs.

Membership Details
Cornerstone Health offers both DPC and Concierge membership options. DPC has no insurance billing; concierge patients use commercial insurance for services but pay a membership fee. One-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $60 per patient, not to exceed $150 family maximum. Members may opt for annual billing with a 5% discount. DPC children (first 3) at listed rate; no charge for additional children past the 3rd.
