Every membership includes a comprehensive physical exam and full lab panel. The practice also conducts a SECA Body Composition Scale test, an EKG, resting metabolic rate testing, and VO2 max fit testing. Members receive the Grail Galleri cancer marker test at a discounted rate and point-of-care testing for flu, COVID-19, and strep throat. After the initial exam, the team schedules a follow-up visit to review all results.

Members reach Dr. Elezi by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The practice offers same- or next-day appointments during extended office hours. Virtual visits are also available for added convenience.

Yes. The membership fee covers the annual physical, around-the-clock provider access, and specialty care coordination. It does not cover the cost of medical services delivered outside those included benefits, so members should maintain their existing insurance coverage.
