Nouvelle Women's Health

One annual fee covers all of Dr. Bolger's physician services for 12 months. That includes your comprehensive annual exam, unlimited problem visits, procedures, telemedicine visits, and telephone calls. Labs and imaging bill separately to your insurance through HealthLab or another preferred laboratory. A $250 enrollment deposit is due when you schedule your first appointment, and Nouvelle Women's Health applies that amount toward your annual fee.

Yes. Dr. Bolger does not bill insurance for her physician services, but your labs and imaging do bill to your insurance provider. Insurance also covers emergency room visits, hospital-based care, surgeries, medications, and specialist visits, so maintaining your coverage protects you across all of those areas.

Initial and annual visits run two hours. Dr. Bolger schedules that time intentionally so the consultation happens without feeling rushed. Follow-up visits typically run 30 to 60 minutes. Same-day and next-day appointments are also available when you need them.

Yes. Nouvelle Women's Health uses SpruceHealth, a HIPAA-compliant platform that lets you call or text the office directly. Dr. Bolger also uses Northwestern Medicine MyChart. Members can reach her for urgent concerns at any time, and she will triage the situation and guide next steps. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911.

Yes. Dr. Bolger conducts many problem visits and follow-ups via telemedicine or telephone when clinically appropriate. Members schedule these through the same platform used for in-office appointments.

The practice serves adult women who have completed their families. Dr. Bolger no longer provides obstetric care, so her full focus goes to gynecologic and preventive care for women in the next chapter of their lives. There is no defined upper age limit for membership.

Dr. Bolger manages a broad range of gynecologic and preventive concerns. These include menopause symptom management with hormone and non-hormonal therapies, cervical cancer screening, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, sexual health, pelvic floor strength, breast health, urinary tract health, cardiovascular health, colorectal cancer screening, weight management, and mental health support.

Yes. Nouvelle Women's Health holds affiliation with Northwestern Medicine. Dr. Bolger trained at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University and spent nearly two decades practicing at Prentice Women's Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital before founding the practice.

The practice designed its space to feel welcoming rather than clinical. Consultations take place in a comfortable lounge with tea, coffee, refreshments, and soft lighting. The exam room provides warm blankets, cooling neck towels, and custom robes in a range of inclusive sizes. Dr. Bolger built this environment specifically because she knows a gynecologic visit can feel intimidating, and she wanted the setting itself to ease that.
