The Lifelong Health VIP Membership costs $150 per month, billed annually. The membership fee covers primary care visits, your annual Executive Physical, and virtual care with no copays. FSA and HSA funds apply toward the membership cost.

The membership includes an annual Executive Physical with advanced diagnostic testing, including EKG, mammogram, DEXA scan, and comprehensive labs. It also covers extended 40 to 60 minute office visits, same-day appointment access, telehealth visits, and direct access to Dr. Volmir. The practice charges no copays on office or virtual visits for members.

Lifelong Health does not bill insurance for covered membership services. The practice recommends that members maintain health insurance for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and services outside the practice's scope. The membership fee is FSA and HSA eligible.
