Monthly fees start at $80 for adults ages 18 to 30. Adults ages 31 to 50 pay $90 per month, and rates for those 51 and older range from $100 to $125 depending on age. Children ages 0 to 17 pay $50 per month with a paying adult, or $60 per month without one. A one-time enrollment fee of $125 per adult or $75 per child applies to all new members.

Membership covers unlimited office visits with no copays for a flat monthly fee. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and members reach Dr. Gupta by phone, text, email, or video chat. The membership also includes a broad range of in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, Nexplanon placement, suturing, cryotherapy, and wound care. Members receive discounted pricing on labs, imaging, and prescriptions, with savings up to 90% off standard prices.

Family First Direct Primary Care does not accept insurance for membership fees or in-office services. The practice passes wholesale pricing on labs, imaging, and prescriptions directly to members. Dr. Gupta recommends that members carry supplemental or catastrophic insurance to cover emergencies, specialist visits, and hospitalizations.

Yes, Medicare patients may join the practice by signing a Medicare waiver. Medicare continues to cover labs, imaging, medications, and hospitalizations that Dr. Gupta orders. The monthly membership fee falls outside Medicare coverage.

Members contact Dr. Gupta directly by phone, text, email, or video chat. After-hours communication stays available for urgent matters. When Dr. Gupta takes vacation, she remains reachable by phone, text, and email, and she keeps a DPC colleague available for urgent in-person visits.

Yes, Dr. Gupta offers telehealth visits by video. She holds a Florida Telehealth Provider registration, which extends her virtual care availability. Members schedule video visits the same way they schedule in-office appointments.

Family First Direct Primary Care serves patients of all ages, from newborns through older adults. Dr. Gupta has a particular interest in caring for multiple generations within a family. Pediatric care, well-child visits, and school and sports physicals are all part of the membership.

Prospective patients may schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Gupta. She reviews individual healthcare needs and answers questions about the practice during that call. Enrollment happens online, and the practice currently accepts new patients.

Family First Direct Primary Care does not administer immunizations directly. Dr. Gupta refers members to their local pharmacy or health department for vaccines.

Members may cancel at any time with 30 days notice and a signed cancellation form. Re-enrollment after cancellation carries a fee of $175 per adult or $125 per child, and re-enrollment is not guaranteed.
