ROW Health charges a flat monthly membership fee based on age. Children ages 0 to 12 pay $95 per month. Teenagers ages 13 to 20 pay $115 per month. Adults ages 21 to 64 pay $185 per month. Members 65 and older pay $205 per month. Specialty programs like Metabolic Health and Weight Management start at $259 per month, and the Comprehensive Well-Being program is $279 per month. The membership fee is not insurance.

ROW Health does not accept insurance for membership fees. The practice operates on a direct pay model with one predictable monthly fee. ROW Health strongly recommends that members carry health insurance or a healthshare plan for specialist care, hospitalizations, and catastrophic needs. The practice currently does not serve Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, VA, or Indian Health Service beneficiaries, though a Medicare waitlist is available.

All appointments schedule for 30 or 60 minutes with no wait time. Your first visit runs 60 to 90 minutes so Dr. Tornberg can review your full history, medications, supplements, concerns, and goals. Same-day and next-day appointments keep urgent needs covered without delays.

Yes. ROW Health members reach Dr. Tornberg directly by portal, text, call, or video through the Spruce platform. The practice also provides after-hours care for urgent needs. Members never navigate a phone tree to get answers.

Yes to both. Dr. Tornberg conducts virtual visits through the HIPAA-secure Spruce platform. She also makes house calls within 10 miles of the practice for an additional fee of $200 per visit per household.

ROW Health uses Labcorp, Genova Diagnostics, and Quest Diagnostics for laboratory work. Imaging partners include Bellevue Medical Imaging and Rayus Radiology. Members receive discounted cash pricing on labs, imaging, and prescriptions through the practice's direct relationships with these providers.

Yes. ROW Health offers a small business program that allows employers to provide memberships for their employees. Dr. Tornberg guides teams through primary care, chronic disease management, injury care, and weight management. Employers gain a straightforward monthly cost with no copays and discounted prescriptions for their staff.

Prospective members can start with a free 15-minute Discovery Call with Dr. Tornberg to explore the practice and the DPC model. If you prefer an in-person meeting, Dr. Tornberg also offers a meet-and-greet tour of the clinic. Once you enroll, you complete intake forms in advance and arrive for a 60 to 90-minute initial consultation.

Yes. ROW Health offers a la carte packages for patients who prefer a one-time investment. Options include Comprehensive Well-Being at $1,049, Advanced Well-Being at $2,150, Signature Well-Being at $2,675, Premium Well-Being at $4,400, and a Cardiovascular and Metabolic Health package at $2,500. FAA Aviation Medical Examinations are also available to pilots and air traffic controllers for $225 per exam, regardless of membership status.
