Wellness Direct Care

Membership at Wellness Direct Care costs $200 per month for adults. Dependent children under age 21 of current members pay $125 per month. Non-members can also access office and virtual visits on a cash-pay basis. Contact the practice directly for non-member rates.

The membership fee covers all primary care visits with Dr. Olsen, including in-person and virtual appointments. It also includes wellness coaching and medical services related to weight loss, nutrition, mental health, substance use, and exercise. Members also receive unlimited access to Dr. Olsen via text, phone, and email.

Current law does not allow HSA dollars for the monthly membership fee. FSA dollars may apply depending on your employer's FSA criteria. Contact your employer or plan administrator to confirm your FSA eligibility. HSA funds do cover other medical expenses such as labs, radiology, and specialist visits.

No. Wellness Direct Care does not bill insurance for its services. The practice encourages members to maintain health insurance for hospital care, emergencies, specialist visits, and imaging. Many members pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan to manage overall costs.

Wellness Direct Care offers same-day in-person and virtual appointments. Members can also reach Dr. Olsen directly by text, phone, or email for prompt responses. Evening and weekend availability exists for urgent concerns.

Yes. Dr. Olsen conducts virtual appointments, including video visits, schedulable the same day. Members can also communicate electronically through the ElationPassport patient portal. This makes it easy to get care without taking time away from work or family.

Yes. Dr. Olsen sees children ages 3 and older. The practice does not provide vaccines, so the minimum age reflects that limitation. For vaccine needs, the practice guides families to community resources and advises on which vaccines are needed and where to get them.

Wellness Direct Care does not provide prenatal or obstetrical care, newborn or infant care, imaging, specialty lab studies, immunizations, medical devices, emergency services, or hospital care. Specialist services such as orthopedics and surgery also fall outside the practice's scope. Dr. Olsen helps coordinate with outside providers when patients need those services.
