About

At PeakMD Health, Dr. Siobhan Gray leads a physician-directed longevity clinic in Sisters, Oregon. Her background in emergency medicine shaped a clear conviction: catching health problems early matters more than treating their consequences. That conviction drives every program the practice offers. PeakMD Health operates alongside Daybreak Recovery Spa, which Dr. Gray also founded. The clinic blends advanced diagnostics with hands-on recovery modalities. Dr. Gray uses The North Framework™, her proprietary four-direction model, to guide each patient's care plan. Testing tools include PNOÉ technology for VO2 max and metabolic analysis, Styku 3D body composition scanning, genetic testing, and advanced labs. Six-month Rebuild Pathways address longevity, hormone health, menopause, body recomposition, and peak performance. The PeakMD Collective, an integrated team of coaches, massage therapists, and fitness trainers, supports patient care alongside Dr. Gray. The practice envisions Sisters as a thriving, longevity-focused community.

The Precision Consultation is a one-time, 90-minute appointment with Dr. Gray priced at $495. It serves as the starting point for most patients. Dr. Gray reviews your health history, goals, and available data to build a personalized plan. Many patients move into a Rebuild Pathway or Stewardship Membership after completing their consultation.

Standard appointments run 90 minutes. That allows Dr. Gray enough time to review data, discuss goals, and adjust your plan in depth. Stewardship Core members receive quarterly 45-minute visits, while Stewardship Plus members can schedule up to one visit per month.

No. PeakMD Health is a longevity and precision medicine clinic, not a primary care practice. The Stewardship Membership does not cover urgent care, after-hours calls, diagnostic workup for unrelated conditions, or emergency services. Patients need an independent primary care provider for those needs.

Daybreak Recovery Spa offers infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, PEMF therapy using the QRS Cell Vital system, compression therapy via Rapid Reboot, whole-body cryotherapy, cryotherapy facials, vibroacoustic therapy, BrainTap neuroacoustic relaxation, and the Daybreak Nordic Cycle. The recovery lounge also includes an inversion bench, meditation corner, and an aromatherapy and herbal tea bar. Dr. Gray's Precision Recovery Protocols™ guide all modalities.

The Rebuild Pathways are six-month structured programs targeting specific health goals. Options include Longevity and Healthy Aging, Hormone Health and Midlife Physiology, Body Recomposition, the Phoenix Pathway for menopause, and Peak Performance for athletes. Each pathway uses advanced diagnostics and Dr. Gray's North Framework™ to build a personalized plan.

Yes. The Daybreak Recovery Membership is available at $99 per month with no contract. It includes unlimited access to infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, PEMF, compression boots, vibroacoustic bed, BrainTap, and the recovery lounge. Individual sessions are also available, with infrared sauna starting at $25 per session.

Stewardship members communicate with Dr. Gray through secure messaging. The North Book Club meets in person or virtually and is open to non-patients. For patients outside Sisters, Oregon, the virtual options allow ongoing connection with Dr. Gray's programs and community.

PeakMD Health serves adults across all its medical programs. The practice offers a Teen Membership at $49 per month for younger patients. The clinical focus suits adults navigating metabolic health concerns, hormonal changes, weight management, or performance goals.
