Each membership tier includes 24/7 access to Dr. Mac Donell, same-day or next-day appointments, unlimited office visits, in-house lab draws, quarterly wellness check-ups, and complete care coordination with specialists. Live Well members receive 45-minute visits. Age Well and Custom Care members receive 60-minute visits. Custom Care also includes house calls and individualized care planning for chronic conditions.

MyMD accepts annual lump-sum payment or scheduled automatic debit under the terms of the membership agreement. The practice bills insurance for covered medical services in addition to the annual membership fee.

Yes. MyMD Personal Medicine bills insurance for covered medical services just as a traditional practice does. Patients also pay an annual membership fee for concierge access. Co-pays, deductibles, prescriptions, and other outside costs remain the patient's responsibility per their insurance agreement.

Yes. Dr. Mac Donell is a senior Aviation Medical Examiner certified by the FAA. MyMD conducts 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class flight certification physicals at the Bend office. The practice submits completed forms directly to FAA headquarters after the exam.

Hospital privileges mean Dr. Mac Donell carries his knowledge of your history directly into an inpatient setting. He can coordinate your care among hospital specialists and participate in decisions at the Medical Ward or Critical Care level. Earning those privileges requires passing a formal credentialing process at St. Charles Medical Center.
