IM Well

IM Well offers two individual membership tiers. The Level 1 IM Well Membership costs $499 per month and suits adults with routine medications but no complex chronic disease. Level 2 offers custom pricing for patients with complex chronic conditions, multiple prescriptions, or a need for home visits. The Executive Health Program for companies costs $6,800 per year. Dr. Dawson reviews your health history during a free meet-and-greet to determine which plan fits best.

All memberships include unlimited office visits, unlimited virtual visits, 24/7 phone access to Dr. Dawson, primary care, preventive medicine, medication management, specialist referrals, and a complimentary strength and flexibility assessment with Basecamp Physical Therapy. Members also receive wholesale discounts on physician-recommended medications and supplements.

IM Well does not bill insurance for membership services. The practice covers all your care under a single monthly fee. The practice does recommend that members maintain insurance coverage for specialist care, hospitalization, and other services outside the membership. IM Well will also work with your insurance to cover labs, imaging, and necessary diagnostic tests.

Yes. IM Well offers same-day or next-day appointments for members. When an issue resolves by phone, Dr. Dawson handles it that way so you avoid an unnecessary trip to the office.

Yes. All memberships include unlimited virtual visits. Members can also reach Dr. Dawson by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Yes. IM Well offers in-home visits as an add-on service for $99 per month with a six-month minimum commitment. This option works well for members who have difficulty getting to the office or who need help with medication organization or in-home caregiving support.

The Executive Health Program is a $6,800-per-year offering for companies. It includes a comprehensive executive physical, EKG, home sleep test screening, cardiac calcium CT scan, advanced cardiovascular lipid testing, hormone and metabolism optimization, an inflammation score, metabolic resistance assessment, and genetic risk mapping for dementia, cancer, and heart disease. Participants also receive a year of medical visits and 24/7 physician phone access.

Yes. Dr. Dawson specializes in functional medicine. She treats digestive disorders including IBS, fatigue, autoimmune disease, thyroid disease including Hashimoto's, and most chronic conditions by identifying and addressing root causes rather than managing symptoms alone.

IM Well uses the Korr CardioCoach for VO2 Max testing, an InBody Scanner for body composition analysis, and a Somadome meditation chamber for mindfulness support. The practice partners with Basecamp Physical Therapy for in-office physical therapy services and offers cold therapy, breathwork, and nutrition consulting as part of its wellness programming.
