About
Dr. Siobhan Gray, MD is the founder of PeakMD Health and Daybreak Recovery Spa in Sisters, Oregon. She spent years practicing emergency medicine before shifting her focus entirely to longevity and precision medicine. That transition grew from a personal conviction: she wanted to intervene before crisis, not after it. Her own experience with night shift work, personal health challenges, and a family history of metabolic disease deepened her commitment to early intervention and sustainable health strategies.
After leaving emergency medicine, Dr. Gray pursued a self-directed residency in longevity science, metabolic health, and precision medicine. She studied the world's healthiest populations and the science of aging to build her clinical foundation. From that work, she created The North Framework™, a whole-person model organized around four directions: North (Purpose and Alignment), South (Body and Vitality), East (Mind and Presence), and West (Connection and Belonging). Her clinical focus spans metabolic health, hormone optimization, menopause care, obesity medicine, VO2 max testing, and peak performance. She is passionate about genetic and biomarker-driven care, nervous system recovery, and the science of awe in health. Dr. Gray hosts community events including Hike with the Doc and Longevity Lab Talks. She is working on a forthcoming book on actionable strategies for health and aging. She lives in Camp Sherman, Oregon with her husband of 25 years and their three daughters. Outside the clinic, she hikes, skis, rafts, mountain bikes, and fishes the Metolius River.
