Peter Palacio, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified gynecologist with over 30 years in medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota in 1985. He then completed his Doctorate of Medicine at Michigan State College of Human Medicine in 1993. His internship and OB/GYN residency both took place at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, Washington.

Before settling in Bend, Dr. Palacio served as a Major in the Medical Corps of the United States Army from 1989 to 2001. He co-chaired the Robotics Surgical Committee at St. Charles from 2013 to 2016.
