Opal Primary Care, PLLC

Opal Primary Care offers three membership tiers. A 12-month plan runs $85 per month, a 6-month plan is $100 per month, and a 3-month plan is $110 per month. All plans bill monthly. A one-time enrollment fee also applies when joining.

The membership covers all services listed on the practice's About page, including routine physical exams with EKG, chronic condition management, same-day visits, telemedicine, minor outpatient procedures, specialist coordination, and preventive care. Labs and imaging not performed in-office fall outside the membership but are available at heavily discounted rates.

Opal Primary Care does not bill insurance. Patients pay a flat monthly membership fee directly to the practice. This model keeps pricing transparent and eliminates the complexity of insurance claims for both the practice and its patients.

Yes. Opal Primary Care accepts Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account payments. The practice also accepts credit and debit cards and automated ACH bank payments.

Yes. Opal Primary Care offers same-day office visits for members. Dr. Rajan also provides after-hours and weekend availability, making it easier to reach care when you need it.

Yes. Members can schedule telemedicine appointments with Dr. Rajan. This option adds flexibility for patients who prefer remote visits or cannot come in to the Stafford office.
