The Unlimited Primary Care membership costs $150 per month. This covers unlimited visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, mental wellness, HRT and menopause care, baseline lab work, and quarterly InBody body composition analysis. A separate Weight Management membership runs $125 per month and focuses on GLP-1 medication management and personalized coaching.
