Membership fees follow a flat monthly rate based on age. Adults ages 20 to 45 pay $99 per month, adults 45 and older pay $139 per month, and teens ages 13 to 19 pay $59 per month if their parents are also members. A one-time registration fee of $100 per individual applies, with a family maximum of $300. Members who choose semi-annual billing receive a 5% discount, and annual billing earns a 10% discount. Families of four or more, college students, and employer groups may qualify for additional discounts.
