Adult membership at My Healthy Family Direct Primary Care costs $85 per month. Children from newborn to age 17 pay $55 per month. Families of two adults and up to four children pay $390 per month, with a cap of $425 per month for families with five or more children. Members use their monthly fee to access Dr. Lor directly, along with wholesale-priced lab services and reduced-rate procedures.

The membership fee gives you direct access to Dr. Lor, 60-minute appointments, same-day or next-business-day scheduling, and access to in-house labs and procedures at discounted member pricing. Labs, images, and procedures carry their own cash prices and are not bundled into the membership fee, but members pay significantly reduced rates for all of them.

Yes. The practice does not bill insurance for the monthly membership fee, but members can use their insurance for labs, imaging, and medications. HSA funds are also eligible to cover the membership fee.

Not at this time. Current legal billing restrictions prevent the practice from accepting Medicare or Medicaid patients. My Healthy Family Direct Primary Care plans to make services available to Medicare and Medicaid patients in the future.

Yes. Non-members can schedule acute visits and procedures. Non-member office visits run $300 for one hour. The practice does not manage chronic conditions for non-members, so patients with ongoing conditions like diabetes or hypertension need a membership for ongoing care.

You can start by scheduling a free virtual Meet and Greet through the patient portal on the Hint Health platform. This gives you a chance to meet Dr. Lor and ask questions before enrolling. If DPC is a good fit, you can sign up for a monthly membership at that time.

Yes. Dr. Lor offers telemedicine visits for members. This gives you flexible access to care without requiring an in-person trip to the clinic.

My Healthy Family Direct Primary Care is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All visits are by appointment only. The practice is located at 1504 White Bear Ave N, Suite 2, St. Paul, MN 55106.

Yes. The practice offers IV infusion therapy for both members and non-members. Members pay $150 per IV bolus and non-members pay $200. Each infusion appointment runs approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Certain medical conditions may disqualify a patient from receiving IV therapy, so the practice screens patients before scheduling.

My Healthy Family Direct Primary Care offers a one-time consultation for patients seeking a second medical opinion. The fee is $250 for the first hour and $100 per hour after that. Patients must submit all relevant medical records before the practice schedules the appointment. Labs, procedures, and imaging are not ordered during a consultation visit.
