EverWell Primary Care

EverWell Primary Care uses age-based monthly membership tiers. Children ages 0-17 pay $85 per month. Adults ages 18-64 pay $165 per month. Adults 65 and older pay $195 per month. Families who enroll together pay no more than $550 per month combined.

Membership covers all routine primary care visits, annual physicals, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, urgent illness and injury care, and most in-office procedures such as joint injections and wart removal. Lab work for routine wellness and most acute care needs is also included. Vaccine administration is covered, though the cost of the vaccines themselves runs through your insurance.

EverWell Primary Care does not bill insurance for clinic services. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice. You will still need insurance or another payer for prescriptions, imaging, specialist referrals, and the cost of vaccines. Many members pair their membership with a high-deductible health plan.

FSA and HSA funds can frequently cover EverWell membership fees. The specific rules depend on your plan, so check with your FSA or HSA administrator before using these funds. EverWell can provide an itemized record of services received to help with documentation.

EverWell Primary Care has opted out of Medicare to form private DPC contracts with patients. Medicare patients use their Medicare coverage for medications, specialists, the ER, and hospital stays. Their EverWell membership covers direct primary care services outside of that system.

Yes. EverWell typically offers same-day or next-day appointments. Because the practice limits enrollment to 400 patients, Dr. Dick maintains genuine availability for acute concerns. Members also reach him directly by phone, text, or email around the clock.

Yes on both counts. Dr. Dick conducts telehealth visits for remote care needs. He also makes house calls. A pediatric home visit package covers the first year of a child's care with 10 in-home physician visits, developmental screenings, immunizations, and nursing support.

Yes. EverWell offers several services to non-members. These include acute care visits, one-time physicals, menopause care, newborn circumcisions, botulinum toxin injections, Sculptra treatments, breastfeeding support, home visits, and medication consults. Non-member acute care visits cost $150 for 15 minutes or $300 for 30 minutes.

New patients can start by booking a free 10-minute meet and greet with Dr. Dick, either in person or by video or phone. Enrollment happens through the SigmaMD platform. Medicare patients use a separate enrollment link. The practice caps enrollment at 400 patients, so space may be limited.

Yes. EverWell charges a $400 re-enrollment fee for patients who cancel their membership and later want to rejoin. This fee does not apply to patients enrolling for the first time.
