Mulberry Family Medicine

Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers all primary care services at Mulberry Family Medicine. The membership includes unlimited communication with Dr. Woz and up to 25 in-office or virtual visits per calendar year. Any visits beyond that cost $25 each. There are no surprise bills and no insurance billing for membership fees.

Mulberry Family Medicine does not bill insurance for membership fees or primary care services. You may carry insurance separately for hospitalizations, specialist visits, or other needs outside the scope of primary care. The practice does accept HSA funds toward the monthly membership fee.

Mulberry Family Medicine does not currently enroll Medicare patients. Patients with Medicare coverage are not eligible for membership at this time. If you have questions about your specific situation, the best step is to schedule a free meet and greet with Dr. Woz to discuss your options.

Enrollment begins with a free 15-minute meet and greet with Dr. Woz. You can choose to meet in person, by video, or by phone. After the visit, the practice sends you enrollment forms, payment information, and instructions for scheduling your first appointment. Your membership starts once you complete enrollment and sign the Patient Agreement forms.

Mulberry Family Medicine offers same or next-day scheduling for members in most cases. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes and start on time. After-hours appointments with Dr. Woz are also available when needed.

Yes. Dr. Woz sees patients virtually through telemedicine visits. Members can also communicate by phone, text, or through the Atlas MD patient portal. Home visits are available as well, giving members flexible options for how they receive care.

The flat monthly fee covers all primary care services, including chronic disease management, preventive care, sick visits, prescription management, minor procedures, women's and men's health, mental health support, and coordination with specialists. Members also receive 24/7 direct access to Dr. Woz by phone, text, and email, plus unlimited portal messaging.

Yes. Mulberry Family Medicine accepts HSA funds toward the monthly membership fee. If you have a health savings account, you can apply those funds to your membership costs. Check with your HSA administrator to confirm eligibility under your specific plan.

Yes. Dr. Woz provides care for both children and adults. Services include pediatric well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and comprehensive adult primary care. Families can enroll multiple members and see the same physician for all their primary care needs.

Dr. Woz coordinates specialist and hospital care when your needs go beyond primary care. She manages communication with outside providers and stays involved in your care throughout the referral process. This keeps your care connected and reduces the gaps that can occur when multiple providers are involved.
