About
At Long Life DPC, two physicians deliver full-scope family medicine to patients of every age in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Dr. John Long Jr. founded the practice in 2023 after a decade as residency faculty at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. He opened the clinic at 2150 S. Douglas Blvd and began seeing patients full-time in January 2024. Dr. Robin GonZalez joined subsequently, bringing dual board certification in family medicine and geriatrics.
Long Life DPC covers a wide clinical range. The practice handles prenatal and newborn care, metabolic disease management, obesity medicine, in-office procedures, and IV therapies. Members pay wholesale pricing on medications, with many generics available for as low as $5 for a three-month supply. Lab pricing runs equally lean: a CBC costs $3, a CMP costs $4, and an Expanded Metabolic Health Panel runs $50. The practice caps its panel at 600 members. Members reach their doctor directly by phone, text, or email outside clinic hours. The practice holds faith-based values and respects each patient's autonomy in care decisions.
