The Little DPC

Monthly membership at The Little DPC costs $75 per month for children under 18, $120 per month for adults 18 to 64, and $150 per month for adults 65 to 99. The practice also charges a one-time enrollment fee of $150 per household at the time of enrollment. Members commit to three months upfront, with the full three-month charge processed before the first visit. After the initial three months, members choose to pay monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually.

The monthly fee covers unlimited primary care visits, both in-office and digital. It also includes in-office procedures such as joint injections, skin biopsies, laceration repair, wart freezing, pap smears, IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, and more. Members also access labs, imaging, and medications at wholesale or at-cost pricing.

No. The Little DPC does not accept insurance and does not bill Medicare. Patients with Medicare or private insurance may still join and pay out of pocket. The practice recommends that members keep their existing insurance for services outside the clinic, such as emergency or hospital care.

To join, visit the membership page on The Little DPC website and click the enroll button. The practice processes enrollments within one to two business days. Once enrollment is complete, the one-time household enrollment fee of $150 is charged. Members then receive a text with the next available appointment date. The practice currently schedules new patients starting August 2026.

Yes. Members can contact Dr. Vinnedge around the clock by text, phone call, email, or video call. This 24/7 access is a standard part of the membership and applies to questions, concerns, and urgent needs between scheduled visits.

Yes. The Little DPC offers digital visits as part of the membership. Members can connect with Dr. Vinnedge by video call for many primary care needs without visiting the clinic in person.

Yes. The Little DPC offers same-day and next-day appointments for established patients. This quick access is part of how the practice keeps care responsive and relationship-driven.

Yes. The Little DPC provides group plans for employers. Businesses with 5 to 49 employees start at $95 per member per month. Companies with 50 or more employees start at $85 per member per month. These plans give employees direct access to primary care through the practice.

The Little DPC sits at 701 N Broadway Ave, Suite 140, in downtown Oklahoma City. The clinic entrance is on 6th Street on the southwest corner of the building. Free parking is available north of the building.

Yes. The Little DPC operates as a bilingual practice and serves patients in both English and Spanish. The practice website is fully available in Spanish as well.
