UpFront Health

UpFront Health uses a tiered monthly fee based on age. Members ages 0-19 pay $35 per month, ages 20-35 pay $65, and members 36 and older pay $75. Families can enroll together for $170 per month. Every membership tier includes annual physicals, wholesale labs, generic medications, same-day scheduling, and select in-office procedures.

UpFront Health does not accept insurance. Patients pay a flat monthly membership fee instead. This structure lets doctors and patients make care decisions together without third-party involvement. Patients may still carry insurance for hospitalizations or specialist visits outside the practice.

Membership covers annual physicals, same-day and next-day scheduling, 24/7 physician access, wholesale laboratory testing, generic medications dispensed in-office, and procedures like cryotherapy, simple lesion removal, and laceration repair at no extra cost. Patients also receive personalized care coordination when specialist referrals are necessary.

Yes. UpFront Health offers same-day and next-day scheduling for members. Because each physician limits their panel to a few hundred patients, the practice can prioritize timely access without squeezing patients into an overbooked schedule.

Yes. Members can connect with their physician by phone, email, text, or webcam. This 24/7 access includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

UpFront Health operates two locations. Dr. Berry sees patients in Seiling at 204 North Main Street. Dr. Hall sees patients in Woodward at 1824 Kansas Avenue. Both locations currently accept new patients.

Prospective patients can complete a new patient form online from any device. UpFront Health will follow up to schedule a first appointment. A credit card is required at sign-up, but the practice does not charge it without the patient's permission.
