Leaf Medical Memberships are FREE as long as you make your annual visit or telemedicine visit every year. If you decide not to maintain your membership, you can cancel at any time without incurring fees, or continue at $150 per year should you not receive your following year's physical. Membership fees are optional (community approach introduced in 2021).
