No. Leaa Health accepts one-time bookings without any membership requirement. Patients can schedule a single house call or telehealth visit and pay per visit. Membership plans offer discounts and added benefits for those who want regular access, but a membership is never a prerequisite.

Leaa Health offers four plans. The Starter plan costs $99 per month and includes 30 percent off doctor visits and 10 percent off all services. The Essential plan runs $1,800 per month and covers 12 home visits per year, unlimited telehealth, two annual blood panels, and 20 percent off IV therapy and in-home procedures. The Elite plan costs $2,500 per month and includes 24 home visits, four annual blood panels, two imaging services per year, 30 percent off IV drips and diagnostics, and a travel-with-provider option. The Weight Loss Plan costs $950 per month and includes monthly evaluations, quarterly labs, nutrition coaching, and access to GLP-1 medications at 10 percent over market price.

Leaa Health does not bill insurance. The practice runs on a direct-pay model only. After each visit, Leaa provides an itemized receipt that patients can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement through their own insurer. The practice also accepts FSA and HSA payments.

In Manhattan, Leaa Health providers typically arrive within approximately 60 minutes of booking. The practice operates seven days a week across New York City, New Jersey, and Miami. Patients can track their provider in real time through Leaa's AI-powered platform, which displays an Uber-style ETA.

Leaa Health providers treat a wide range of non-emergency conditions at home. These include cold and flu symptoms, UTIs, migraines, dehydration, wound care, chronic disease management, COVID-19, and more. Providers also perform in-home diagnostics including blood work, EKGs, portable X-rays, mobile ultrasounds, and rapid tests for flu, RSV, and strep.

Yes. Leaa Health serves patients of all ages, including infants, children, and elderly or homebound adults. Pediatric house calls cover common illnesses like fevers, ear infections, and rashes. Geriatric services include wound care, medication management, and chronic condition support. Medical Director Dr. Samuel Preschel specializes in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

Yes. Leaa Health offers telehealth seven days a week. Essential and Elite plan members receive unlimited telehealth as part of their membership. Patients on the Weight Loss Plan also access monthly virtual evaluations. One-time telehealth visits are available to non-members as well.

The Weight Loss Plan costs $950 per month. It includes a monthly in-home or virtual evaluation, progress monitoring and lab work every three months, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Members also gain access to GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound at 10 percent over market price.

Yes. Leaa Health provides corporate health services for law offices, film sets, businesses, and events. Services include on-site flu shots, COVID vaccinations, health screenings, and medical support during trial weeks or productions. Corporate clients have included Nike, Disney, the New York Rangers, Warner Bros, Atlantic Records, and many others.
