Lake Life DPC

Monthly membership fees at Lake Life DPC vary by age. Children ages 2 through 17 pay $90 per month. Adults ages 18 through 44 pay $100 per month. The membership covers the vast majority of primary care services, including acute and chronic care visits, telehealth visits, annual wellness exams, sports and school physicals, well-woman and well-child care, EKGs, rapid in-office testing for flu, COVID, and strep, joint injections, wound repair, cerumen removal, simple dermatology procedures, breathing treatments, and basic vision and hearing testing. The practice also provides medication price comparisons and on-site dispensing of commonly prescribed drugs at cash-pay prices.

Yes. Lake Life DPC offers same-day and next-day appointments. Dr. CiRullo keeps his patient panel at roughly one-fifth the size of a traditional practice, which makes flexible, rapid scheduling possible for members.

Appointments run approximately 45 minutes. Dr. CiRullo schedules extended visits so patients have time to discuss all of their concerns, ask questions, and understand the thinking behind their care plan.

Yes. Lake Life DPC offers virtual and phone visits when appropriate. Members can also reach Dr. CiRullo directly by call, text, or patient portal message, which resolves many concerns without requiring an in-office visit.
