Lake Internal Medicine & Pediatrics charges $85 per month or $930 per year for pediatric patients ages newborn through 19. Single adults pay $169 per month or $1,870 per year. Married couples pay $310 per month or $3,390 per year. Families pay a maximum of $550 per month or $6,000 per year. All memberships require a one-year contract.

Lake Internal Medicine & Pediatrics does not bill insurance for membership fees or office visits. This allows Dr. Lake to focus entirely on patient care. The practice does accept HSA payments for membership fees; consult your tax accountant for eligibility details. Vaccines are billed to insurance through Vaxcare. The practice does not accept Medicaid.

Yes. The adult panel is currently full, but the practice maintains a waitlist. Adults interested in joining can add their name and the practice will reach out when a spot opens. New pediatric patients are welcome to enroll now.

Members receive unlimited office visits, same-day scheduling, and 24/7 direct access to Dr. Lake by phone, text, email, and portal. Most routine labs and in-office tests, including strep, flu, and COVID, are included. The practice sees one patient at a time, so there is no waiting room.

Yes. Dr. Lake offers virtual visits for members. Patients can connect with her through the patient portal or by phone for issues that do not require an in-person exam.

The 4th Trimester Package costs $350 and covers the first three months of a newborn's life. It includes visits at a few days of life, two weeks, one month, two months, and three months. Members also receive unlimited video and phone calls, 24/7 texting access to Dr. Lake, and lactation consultant coordination. Home visits for the first two appointments are available for an additional $150 per visit. If the family continues with a pediatric membership, the $350 fee applies toward the yearly cost.

Standard appointments at Lake Internal Medicine & Pediatrics run 60 minutes. Dr. Lake schedules one patient at a time, so visits are unhurried and there is no waiting room.

Yes. The practice offers FDA-cleared Qb Testing for ADHD at $100 for established patients. IV hydration therapy is available to established patients ages 6 and up at $100 per one-liter infusion, administered by lead nurse Lisa Cobb, RN. The practice also uses a CryoProbe device to treat skin lesions such as warts, actinic keratosis, and seborrheic keratosis. Plantar wart removal is included in the membership; cosmetic lesion removal starts at $80.
