About

At Harmony Family Medicine, Dr. Kathryn Neely delivers family medicine and preventive care to patients of all ages in Canton, Georgia. She launched the practice in 2017 after spending years in traditional clinical settings at Piedmont Medical Care Corporation and Mill Creek Family Practice. Her goal was straightforward: build a medical home where patients receive the care they deserve.

The practice operates out of the Shops at Hickory Flat on East Cherokee Drive. Dr. Neely approaches every visit with the belief that listening drives diagnosis. She focuses on keeping patients well rather than simply managing symptoms after the fact. Her clinical scope is broad, covering chronic disease management, women's health, hormone therapy, holistic medicine, urgent care procedures, and behavioral health. Two Shih Tzus named Yoda and Ben greet patients at the door. Harmony currently maintains a waiting list for new members.
