Membership fees vary by age. Kids ages 0-18 pay $27 per month. Young adults ages 19-25 pay $48 per month. Adults ages 26 and older pay $86 per month. New adult members also pay a one-time enrollment fee of $135. Members who prepay annually get the 12th month free by paying 11 months upfront.

The practice currently maintains a waiting list for new patients. Prospective members can join the waiting list to be notified when a spot opens. Dr. Neely has served her patient community since 2017 and has kept her panel intentionally sized to preserve the quality of each relationship.

Harmony Family Medicine does not file insurance for membership fees or most services. The practice works well alongside most insurance plans, particularly high-deductible plans and health cost-sharing arrangements. Dr. Neely recommends open-access PPO or POS plans and advises against closed-network plans such as Kaiser or EPO products.

Members can use HSA dollars for prescriptions, lab work, and in-office procedures. IRS guidance on applying HSA funds toward the monthly membership fee itself has been pending. Check with your plan administrator for the most current rules on that specific use.

Yes. Dr. Neely offers both telephone and video visits for routine and follow-up care. Members also have direct access to Dr. Neely via email and text, all included in the monthly membership.

The practice handles a wide range of in-office procedures. These include laceration repair, joint injections, skin tag and lesion removal, wart removal, incision and drainage, ingrown nail treatment, ear irrigation, nebulizer treatment, spirometry, ECG, audiometry screening, and Myers Cocktail infusions. Dr. Neely also performs IUD insertion and removal and arthrocentesis.

Harmony Family Medicine draws labs on-site and negotiates reduced rates through Quest Diagnostics for outside testing. The practice dispenses many common prescriptions directly in the office. Dr. Neely also uses GoodRx and other discount services to keep medication costs low for members.

Yes. The practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns through adults. Dr. Neely performs well child checks, physicals, and pediatric acute visits. The kids membership tier covers ages 0-18 at $27 per month.

Dr. Neely manages a broad range of chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, asthma, arthritis, and osteoporosis. She also provides diabetes management, hormone therapy, obesity counseling, and mental health counseling. For conditions requiring specialist care, she coordinates referrals and hospital care on behalf of her members.

Yes. Dr. Neely incorporates holistic and integrative medicine into her approach. The practice has offered group wellness detox programs using the science-based Core Restore kit, a 7-day program that Dr. Neely completes alongside her patients. Preventive services, annual exams, and exercise and obesity counseling round out the wellness offerings.
