Dependents ages 12 to 17 pay $25 per month when enrolled with an adult member. Small businesses enrolling three or more members pay $70 per month per member. Members who prepay for 11 months receive the 12th month at no charge.

Your membership covers a broad range of primary care services, including annual physicals, sports physicals, routine office visits, telemedicine visits, women's health, hormone replacement therapy, ADHD management, depression and anxiety care, and chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and asthma. Standard laboratory tests come at no extra charge, and many additional tests are available at deeply discounted prices. Dr. Lee also performs many office procedures, such as minor sutures, wound care, skin tag removal, and cryosurgery, at no added cost.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or routine care. Dr. Lee removes insurance companies from the exam room so she can focus entirely on your health. Members typically pair their membership with a high-deductible insurance plan or a health-sharing plan to cover major medical events. The practice does not replace health insurance but handles the everyday primary care needs that make up the bulk of most patients' healthcare.

Dr. Lee has opted out of Medicare, so the practice does not bill Medicare for any services. If you are a Medicare patient, you pay Dr. Lee directly under the membership model. Dr. Lee can still coordinate your care and refer you to specialists who accept Medicare when needed.

Yes. Members can contact Dr. Lee directly by phone, text, email, or video chat regardless of their location. If you need care while traveling, Dr. Lee helps you evaluate your situation and locate appropriate local resources. That direct access applies any time you are a member.

Yes. The practice does not reject potential members based on medical history. Dr. Lee accepts patients regardless of pre-existing conditions, ancestry, or citizenship status.
