Family First DPC

Family First DPC charges $99 per month for adults ages 18 to 64. Seniors 65 and older pay $119 per month. Children ages 2 to 17 pay $49 per month when enrolled alongside an adult member, or $79 per month on their own. A family plan covering two adults and two children runs $250 per month. All memberships require a one-time $150 household registration fee.

Family First DPC does not accept insurance for membership or visit fees. The practice bills members a flat monthly fee with no copays and no surprise charges. Dr. Zalzala encourages all members to maintain insurance for hospitalizations, specialist care, and surgeries, since those fall outside primary care scope.

Members receive unlimited visits with no copays, 30 to 60 minute appointments, and same-day or next-day urgent care. The membership covers annual physicals, preventive counseling, chronic disease management, sick visits, well-woman exams, well-child exams, and sports physicals. Members also get direct phone, text, email, and video access to Dr. Zalzala.

Yes. Members can contact Dr. Zalzala by phone, text, email, or video. She responds to messages within 24 hours. This direct access extends to prescription requests and follow-up questions without scheduling a formal appointment.

Yes. Family First DPC offers phone calls and video appointments for members who need remote care. Telemedicine works well for follow-ups, prescription management, and non-emergency concerns. Members can request a virtual visit the same way they schedule an in-person appointment.

Family First DPC accepts patients ages 2 and up. The practice serves both children and adults, including seniors. Dr. Zalzala does not provide obstetrical care, and the practice does not regularly prescribe controlled substances.
