Membership at Bianco Primary Care costs $80 per month or $960 per year. You can send messages, request refills, share photos, review lab results, and conduct virtual visits all through Spruce. Standard visits run 30 to 60 minutes. The annual comprehensive exam takes a full hour. That visit includes a line-by-line lab review, a full physical, and goal-setting for sleep, nutrition, stress, and movement. Patients first come in for bloodwork and a body composition scan, then return about a week later for the full exam visit.
