Grassroots DPC operates on a membership basis with two tiers. Standard DPC membership covers clinic access during regular hours, Monday through Friday. Grassroots Concierge requires donations in excess of $500 per month and includes after-hours and immediate access to Dr. Cline. Both memberships support the foundation's mission to provide free care to vulnerable community members.

Grassroots does not accept medical insurance. The practice operates outside corporate medical systems to maximize cost efficiency and direct 100% of its budget to patient care. All financial support comes from membership donations and grants.

Grassroots Concierge is designed for patients who want highly personalized care with immediate and after-hours access to Dr. Cline. It requires a monthly donation in excess of $500. Concierge members also support the foundation's ability to serve uninsured and low-income patients in Solano County.

Yes. Grassroots offers comprehensive functional medicine, including advanced diagnostics such as comprehensive blood panels, hormonal testing, gut microbiome analysis, food sensitivity testing, heavy metal screenings, nutritional deficiency panels, and inflammatory markers. The practice also provides IV drip therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and epigenetic mapping through the Cell Well Being platform.
