Yes. USCIS has designated Dr. Badika as a Civil Surgeon. The clinic conducts immigration medical exams for Form I-693 at $400 per exam and Medical Exam for Disability Exception for Form N-648 at $420 per exam. Only USCIS-designated Civil Surgeons may administer these exams.
