Freedom Doctors

Monthly fees vary by age. Adults 18-44 pay $90 per month. Adults 45-64 pay $109 per month. Adults 65 and older pay $130 per month. Children 2-17 pay $50 per month when enrolled with a parent, or $100 per month without a parent. Freedom Doctors also charges a one-time enrollment fee of $199 per person or $250 per family. A discount applies when paying the full year in one installment, and active military members receive a 10% discount.

Freedom Doctors does not bill insurance for membership or physician fees. The practice uses transparent monthly pricing to keep the doctor-patient relationship free of insurance-related restrictions. If you need specialist services, you can still use your insurance for those separately. Many members find their monthly fee costs less than their insurance deductibles.

Membership includes up to four home visits per year per person, unlimited virtual care, annual wellness visits, sick visits, chronic care management, minor procedures, prescription refills, referrals, and care coordination with specialists. Point-of-care tests for flu, COVID-19, strep, RSV, and urinalysis are included in the home visit price. Members also receive discounted lab pricing through Quest Diagnostics.

Yes. Freedom Doctors offers one-time urgent care home visits for non-members. These visits allow Dr. Palmer to diagnose and treat many acute illnesses and injuries outside of emergencies. Telehealth for urgent care visits requires doctor approval. Follow-up care after a one-time visit carries an additional fee.

Yes. Dr. Palmer works to accommodate urgent after-hours and weekend calls for members. The practice does not operate 24/7, but members can expect responsive access outside of standard hours when something urgent comes up.

Freedom Doctors offers a complimentary 15-minute meet and greet to help prospective patients decide if the practice is a good fit. You can schedule this through the practice website or by calling directly. After the meet and greet, enrollment happens through the Freedom Doctors sign-up portal, and a one-time enrollment fee applies at the time of your first monthly payment.

Freedom Doctors serves communities in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including Holland, Wales, Sturbridge, Brimfield, and Union. Because the practice is fully mobile, service area coverage depends on your location. Calling or submitting a contact form lets Dr. Palmer confirm whether she can reach you, and additional travel fees may apply for some areas.

Yes. Members receive unlimited virtual care, including both phone and video visits. Telehealth works well for prescription refills, follow-ups, and non-urgent concerns. For urgent care patients who are not members, telehealth requires doctor approval on a case-by-case basis.

Members who want to cancel their membership must provide 30 days written notice. If you leave and decide to re-join later, Freedom Doctors charges a re-enrollment fee of $199.
