DPC Light costs $450 per year and includes one annual physical, one additional visit, and 20% off a la carte prices.

Yes. Members can call or text Dr. Hamawi directly, any time of day or night. This direct access is a core feature of membership at Alpha-Omega Direct Primary Care. The practice schedules appointments by request, and the office sees patients Monday through Wednesday and Friday.

Yes. Alpha-Omega Direct Primary Care offers telemedicine visits for members. Standard and Premium members receive unlimited telehealth visits at no additional cost. DPC Light members receive one in-person or telehealth visit per year as part of their plan.

Appointments typically run between 20 and 60 minutes, with a standard visit averaging around 40 minutes. Dr. Hamawi structures her schedule to give each patient the time they need. The practice also offers same or next business day availability for urgent concerns.

Alpha-Omega Direct Primary Care operates outside the insurance billing system. Members pay a monthly or annual fee directly to the practice. Dr. Hamawi recommends that members maintain a separate insurance plan or a health cost-sharing plan for specialist referrals, hospitalizations, and other services outside the practice's scope.

Every new patient starts with a free Meet and Greet via Zoom. Dr. Hamawi uses this session to discuss the DPC model and make sure it suits both the patient and the practice.
