Firefly Direct Primary Care charges a flat monthly fee based on age. Children and adults ages 2 to 44 pay $50 per month. Infants under age 2 and adults ages 45 to 64 pay $75 per month. Your membership gives you direct access to your physician by phone, text, or email around the clock. Firefly recommends that members carry a high-deductible health plan paired with an HSA, or participate in a health sharing ministry, to cover major medical events. Your monthly membership handles primary care. This combination often saves members significant money each month.
