Benjamin Bondow, MD, CAQSM grew up in the Fox Cities before relocating to Wauwatosa to attend Wisconsin Lutheran College, where he played Division III football. He earned his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his Family Medicine residency at the UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency in Pittsburgh, PA. He then pursued a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, working alongside athletes at every level, including professional players.

Dr. Bondow holds dual board certification in Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine. His own athletic background gives him firsthand perspective on the physical and mental challenges of sports-related injuries.
