Adult memberships run $99 per month for patients ages 19 and older. Child memberships for ages 2 through 18 cost $49 per month. Both plans require a minimum commitment of three months. Care4Me Clinics charges no enrollment fees.

Membership covers unlimited acute care visits for illnesses, injuries, and skin conditions, plus wellness screenings and chronic condition management. Members also receive same-day or next-day appointments, in-office procedures such as laceration repair, wart removal, ear wax removal, skin tag removal, and pap smears, and access to discounted laboratory testing and imaging. Members also reach their provider anytime by phone, text, email, or video.

Care4Me Clinics does not bill insurance for membership services. The practice maintains a direct financial relationship with each patient. Your insurance may still cover outside costs like specialist visits, vaccines, and diagnostic testing ordered through other facilities.

Yes. HSA and FSA funds may apply to membership fees, medications, and diagnostic testing at Care4Me Clinics. Check with your benefits administrator to confirm eligibility under your specific plan.

Yes, Care4Me Clinics welcomes Medicare patients. The practice does not bill Medicare for its services, so patients sign a waiver acknowledging this. Medicare coverage still applies to specialty care, diagnostic testing, and hospitalization outside the practice.
