Theia Concierge Care™ costs $825 per year. The subscription includes comprehensive eye exams, emergency visits, contact lens evaluations, a telemedicine exam, a vision therapy appointment, eyewear benefits, and one after-hours fee waiver per year. There are no deductibles, no copays, and no hidden fees. Patients who prefer not to subscribe may use the a-la-carte payment option instead.

Theia Vision Care does not accept insurance. The practice operates on a Direct Care model, which means patients pay directly either a-la-carte or through the Theia Concierge Care™ annual subscription. Patients who want to seek reimbursement from their insurance plan can use the Reimbursify tool the practice provides to file out-of-network claims.

Comprehensive eye exams at Theia Vision Care run 60 minutes. That time allows Dr. Koeck to assess vision, screen for systemic and ocular disease, and build a personalized care plan without rushing. The extended appointment also creates room for patient questions and education.

Yes. Theia Vision Care offers telemedicine visits. Concierge Care™ members receive one telemedicine exam included in their annual subscription. This option makes it easier to address questions or concerns between in-office visits.

Dr. Koeck personally selects each frame with a focus on craftsmanship, comfort, and style. The practice also offers blue light filtering lenses that absorb over 80% of blue light.
